Alina Van Duijn: Co-Founder

Alina is an executive leadership and career coach with a deep passion for helping professionals grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. With a background spanning HR, recruitment, and more than a decade of coaching MBA and EMBA participants at the Rotterdam School of Management, she brings a rare blend of strategic insight and human‑centred support.
Her career includes senior leadership roles in higher education, including eight years serving as Director of the Executive MBA Programme at Rotterdam School of Management. This experience gives her a nuanced understanding of the challenges leaders face in complex, global environments especially when it comes to learning, growth, and development.
Alina is a Certified Professional Co‑Active Coach, Career Counsellor, and Organization and Relationship Systems Coach. Her approach combines genuine empathy with a bold, results‑oriented style—creating a space where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered to create meaningful change.
She works with international clients on personal, professional, and relational goals, helping them align their choices with their values and long‑term aspirations. Her executive leadership coaching focuses on strengthening leadership presence, navigating complexity, and elevating impact at senior levels.
In addition to individual coaching, she is an experienced team coach who supports teams in building trust, defining shared goals, and achieving high‑performance collaboration. Her work includes guiding teams through conflict management—helping them surface tensions constructively, strengthen communication, and transform conflict into a catalyst for alignment, resilience, and collective growth.
Bill Collins: Co-Founder

Bill is an experienced consultant and lecturer who collaborates with leading business schools around the world, including Rotterdam School of Management (The Netherlands), Warsaw School of Economics (Poland), Antwerp Management School (Belgium), the University of Cologne (Germany), and the University of North Carolina (United States).
He works exclusively with experienced professionals and senior leaders seeking to deepen their capabilities through executive education, adult learning programs, and Executive MBA formats. He designs and works within companies (more tailored) and in multi-company programs (broader coverage).
Bill holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Science in Industrial–Organizational Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
He began his career as an Internal Human Resources Consultant at Georgia Power Company in Atlanta while completing his doctoral studies. He later joined Towers Perrin as a consultant before moving to Spain, where he spent five years at Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. During his years there, he served in multiple roles, including Executive Director, Internal Consultant, Faculty Recruitment Coordinator, and Professor. Currently living in Rotterdam, he is particularly interested in challenges such as leading and managing across cultures; wellness, employee commitment, and positive psychology; and personal leadership development.
Bill’s expertise spans change management, negotiations, leading innovation, and human resource management. He teaches, advises, and consults on these topics with organizations and academic institutions worldwide.
